I worked with Mariah for a period when I was in the market for a new home during the winter of 2020/21. I found her easy to work with, very responsive, low pressure (which is important to me), and congenial. Eventually, my own personal situation changed and took me out of the housing market before I completed a home purchase. Still I appreciated all of Mariah's patience and help while I was looking.
